Music, sports and agricultural programs to name a few are a part of the entire educational experience one can expect from the Danville Public Schools.
FALL SPORTS: A traditional Class AA Football powerhouse, Danville Little John Football is in full swing from Late August to November. Home games are played at Little John Field at 7:00 pm on Friday nights. Just look for the lights. DHS also participates in Golf WINTER SPORTS: Basketball season runs from November to February and all home games are played in the new Danville High School Gymnasium. During its inaugural 2000-2001 season, DHS was the host to the 2001 Arkansas Class AA State Basketball Tournament and once again in 2006. We are proud of of our DHS Lady Little Johns: 2008-2009 District, Regional and State Champs! 33-3 record. SPRING SPORTS: In the spring, Danville participates in Baseball, Fast Pitch Softball and Track and Field.
